Established a training base with Shandong University of Science and Technology for graduate and undergraduate internship programs.
Launched the "Qinglan Program" in collaboration with Qingdao Engineering Vocational College and Qingdao Technical College to cultivate skilled blue-collar talent for our company.
Co-created the "Artisan Training Camp" with Qingdao Engineering Vocational College to enhance the skills of 26 outstanding team leaders and frontline managers.
